Why are we so passionate about seeing a world where EVERY family has a great Dad?
Because EVERYTHING changes when a father is strong.
- You name the problem: divorce, addictions, crime, poverty, teenage pregnancy, behavioral disorders, rape, suicide etc. and there is ONLY ONE common link: disengaged fathers. Do we want to see these issues that are tearing the very fabric of our lives apart all but go away? Then build strong fathers.
- Over 80% of those incarcerated have a disengaged father. Do we want to see our prisons and jails empty? Then build strong fathers.
- 80+% of young adults abandon their faith when their father has not been their spiritual leader. 80+% of young adults retain their faith when their father has been their spiritual leader. When a father follows Jesus, 93% of his family will follow (If only the mother the percentage drops to under 20%). Do we want to see the next generation have a strong faith of their own? Then build strong fathers.
The evidence is clear: disengaged fathers are the SINGLE BIGGEST cause of the social and spiritual issues unraveling our world. We have to get our fathers back. We have to change the narrative.

We will almost do anything to reach as many fathers in this world as we can and after more than a decade of consecutive growth, we believe we have found an effective strategy to reach them. Because if you didn’t know, it’s hard to reach a man’s heart. But have you ever met a man who wants to be a bad father? We haven’t. No matter what country, what culture, what tribe, what faith, what socioeconomic level, every father we have ever met wants to be a good Dad. So we leverage that core desire by creating life changing Father/Child experiences. And it’s WORKING! Our story began in 2006 and this movement of fathers is now in 13 countries and counting!
