As we continue to keep updated and prepared for the DADCAMP 2020 season, we want to share how we are responding to the COVID 19 pandemic.
We will be limiting capacity in our cabins by 50% to ensure social distancing. Cabins are first come first serve when registering.
Sanitizing stations will be set up and used throughout the facility.
We will continue to monitor, comply and adjust with the CDC guidelines as it pertains to camp events.
DADCAMP 2020 Welcome Letter
Dear Dad, Your epic DADCAMP weekend is just around the corner and we cannot wait for you to arrive. Please review the dates you are scheduled to attend. You always have access to your registration and account information through our REGISTRATION PORTAL. Though DADCAMP may look a little different this year with COVID guidelines, dads are still saying, “DADCAMP is DADCAMP!” Check out this recap video from our first 2020 Middle School Weekend.
Getting Ready For Your Epic Weekend
DADCAMP begins by taking your son or daughter out for dinner on the way to The Valley… this will set the tone for your weekend so please do not skip this important detail. We are asking you to get out of work a few hours early if necessary to create the space to make this happen. The Valley is located at 533 S 950 W Russiaville, IN 46979. Need directions? Check out this link http://thevalleyindiana.com/
DADCAMP Check-in is from 5:00PM – 6:30PM on Friday. Please be unpacked and have your campsite ready by 6:45pm as DADCAMP begins around 7pm. You will be assigned to a designated camping area (depending on what you chose at the time of registration) when you check in. If you chose a cabin, each cabin has 8 bunk beds, heat and a/c. Please bring bedding/pillows for your bunk bed. NOTE: For High School & Middle School weekends, dads & daughters will be in separate cabins.
A snack will be served Friday evening, three meals will be served on Saturday and breakfast will be served Sunday morning. Please bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy before and after meals. There are no ice machines so please bring ice to keep you drinks cold. (Water and lemonade stations will NOT be available this year due to COVID guidelines).
